每次出现在舞台上，二胡演奏家马晓辉总是让人眼前一亮，给人焕然一新的能量。5月27日晚，在九棵树（上海）未来艺术中心大剧场，她身着画家陈家泠大师为她创作的系列色彩明艳的手绘艺术服饰，怀抱一把晓辉二胡新风尚系列手绘“七彩二胡”登场，由书画家陈卫家手绘，音符仿佛也是灵动而斑斓的。多媒体还在舞台上呈现出陈家泠的画作，给观众带来沉浸式的视听体验。
这场公益音乐会由马晓辉亲自打造、策划、导演、制作和主演，中西融汇、音画交融，吸引了千余名来自奉贤区和上海市区的观众。这是马晓辉“二胡新乐潮”——音画传奇世界巡演音乐会的起点，也是上海宋庆龄基金会“一把二胡行天下”系列项目之一。
20多年来，“二胡仙子”马晓辉带着她的二胡，去往欧、美、亚、非近百个国家，举办了一千余场个人独奏音乐会和讲学。她曾和世界各地的乐团以及演奏家合作，用二胡与小提琴、钢琴、竖琴、西班牙吉他对话。为了让国内外听众走近二胡，她大胆拓展了表演形式，边拉边讲，连说带演，雅俗共赏。如今，她又将踏上新的旅途。
二胡可以很经典，也可以很时尚
音乐会分“七彩二胡-丝路斑斓”“唯美中西经典-融化心灵”“新风尚-国潮风范”“圆梦-祖国家园”四个篇章共20首作品，每个篇章各自独立又相互呼应。马晓辉演绎了《锦瑟-二泉映月》《梁祝》《春江花月夜》等传统曲目和《月亮河》《绿袖子》《我的太阳》等外国名曲。旧曲新奏，既经典又时尚。
许多人提起“二胡仙子”马晓辉，总能想起电影《卧虎藏龙》主题曲的旋律。2000年，马晓辉与大提琴演奏家马友友合作，录制了谭盾作曲的《卧虎藏龙》电影音乐，赢得奥斯卡最佳原创音乐奖。在这场音乐会上，马晓辉再度奏起《卧虎藏龙》主题曲，二胡婉转灵动，大提琴低吟浅唱，诉说动人的故事。
借由这场音乐会，马晓辉提出“新乐潮”的理念。音乐会上出现了美声、京剧、太极、探戈、吟唱、朗诵、诗乐、琴诗等不同的艺术元素。
在5月27日上海解放纪念日当天演出，马晓辉也希望通过“新乐潮”折射新时代风貌，展现家国情怀，彰显中华文化的精神气质。
“创新之路不可止步，我希望以‘新乐潮’的沉浸式形式，追求中西多元跨界，多元艺术对话。用一把古老的二胡拥抱未来，与美同行，芬芳心灵。”马晓晖说，“我想让年轻的观众感受到，二胡可以经典，也可以时尚。希望能以立足海派文化、长三角特色、背靠中国文化，放眼世界新格局，向中国与世界观众讲好中国故事。”
“二胡新乐潮”系列音乐会每个乐章都可以单独作为一场专场音乐会，演出时间、演出场地、表演人数都可以灵活调整。马晓辉说：“无论是殿堂级的音乐厅，还是小型沙龙空间，还是校园社区……我们都可以带来独具创意、雅俗共赏的音乐艺术的体验，随时随地的展现二胡艺术之美和哲学人文的高度。”
投入公益事业，传递音乐的力量
为什么把音乐会开到奉贤，开到九棵树（上海）未来艺术中心？马晓辉说：“奉贤是二胡之乡，传奇民间二胡演奏家孙文明一生漂泊流离,奉贤是他人生最终的选择和归宿。而九棵树（上海）未来艺术中心是一座非常现代化的剧院，它面向未来，拥抱未来。”上海马晓辉大师艺术工作室也已落户奉贤。
这场音乐会上，马晓辉的“新乐潮”组合演绎了由她改编的孙文明作品《流波曲》。音乐会恰逢六一儿童节前夕，为了让更多青少年、儿童爱上二胡，展现乡村振兴的公益力量，“新乐潮”组合还与奉贤二胡青少年互动演绎了由由她改编的名曲《良宵-万马奔腾》，演出现场赢得观众如潮的掌声。
马晓辉近年来越来越多地投入到公益事业中。今年1月，上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金设立，旨在推广普及中国传统文化，增强文化自信，用公益的力量为中国文化海外传播尽绵薄之力。今年，上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金还将开展致敬白衣天使专场沙龙音乐会、音乐疗愈校园行等公益活动。
“宋庆龄是我十分敬佩的中国女性楷模，希望能追随她的脚步，为公益事业尽一份绵薄之力。我希望以创新的视野、公益的模式、跨界的形式，传播二胡艺术之美和新国潮、新海派之美，从而经历美、见证美、创造美、成为美。”马晓辉说。
一位现场观众说：“对于每一支曲子，我们都有共鸣，体会到经典与时尚，有种穿越时空的感受。除了我们耳朵听到的美妙动听的音乐，背后还凝聚了人们对美好生活的向往。欣赏这场创新‘新乐潮’公益专场音乐会演出，不只是在品味美，同时也在学习和传承中华传统文化。”
未来，马晓辉“二胡新乐潮”——音画传奇世界巡演音乐会”还将踏上国际巡演的旅途，升级启动她原创的“二胡与世界握手”世界巡演之旅……今年她将与美国纳什维尔交响乐团以及美国田纳西州立大学交响乐团合作，日本、希腊、意大利的演出也在策划中。她将继续在路上，用手中的二胡与世界对话。
